Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using CloserCV, you agree to these terms.
1. What CloserCV is
CloserCV is a professional CV review and rewrite service based in Stockholm, Sweden. We help international tech professionals adapt their CVs to Swedish hiring standards.
We are not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.
2. Our services
We currently offer three tiers:
Review
A detailed video walkthrough of your CV, ATS compatibility check, and actionable improvement suggestions.
Rewrite
A complete CV rewrite tailored to Swedish standards, a cover letter template, and a LinkedIn optimisation guide.
Placement
Everything in Rewrite, plus 1-on-1 interview preparation and a targeted application strategy for 5 to 10 specific Swedish companies.
3. What we need from you
To carry out your order, you must provide accurate information about your background and experience, and be reachable by email during the process.
4. Turnaround time
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. Placement packages have longer timelines discussed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Revisions
Review: No revisions included. Rewrite: Two rounds included. Placement: Unlimited revisions.
6. Payment
- • Payment required in full via Stripe
- • Prices include VAT where applicable
- • No card details are stored locally
7. Refund policy
Refunds are provided before work begins. Once the service is delivered, refunds are at our discretion based on case review.
8. Confidentiality
Your CV and personal documents are handled with care and deleted within 90 days.
9. Intellectual property
The revised CV we deliver is yours. You own it fully and may use it however you wish.
10. Limitation of liability
CloserCV provides professional advice based on experience. We do not guarantee job interviews or specific employment outcomes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
