Q — How does the review process work?

You upload your CV and a short brief about the roles you are targeting. Within 2 to 3 business days you receive a written review, and a video walkthrough for the Review and Rewrite packages, covering structure, content, language, ATS fit, and Swedish-market specifics.

Q — Who will actually review my CV?

A senior HR specialist with current hiring experience in the Swedish tech market. Not an intern, not an outsourced writer, not an AI tool.

Q — How long does it take?

2 to 3 business days for a Review. 5 to 7 business days for a Rewrite, including revision rounds.

Q — Is my CV kept confidential?

Yes. Your CV is only accessed by the reviewer assigned to your order. We process your data under GDPR and delete your file on request at any time.

Q — Who is this for?

Mainly international tech professionals already living in Sweden or planning to apply for Swedish tech roles. Also Swedish candidates who want a sharper, more current take on their CV.

Q — Do I need a Swedish CV if the job ad is in English?

Usually yes. Even English-language ads in Sweden are often screened by Swedish recruiters who expect a local CV structure: short, factual, no objective statement, photo optional, no references page.

Q — Should I include a photo?

It is common in Sweden but not required. We will advise based on the specific role and the company type.

Q — I don't speak Swedish yet. Is it worth applying?

For most Stockholm tech roles, yes. English is the working language at a majority of product companies. We help you frame your language situation honestly without it becoming the headline of your CV.

Q — I'm not in Sweden yet. Can you still help?

Yes. A large part of what we do is helping people apply before they relocate, when getting shortlisted is hardest. We will advise on realistic timelines and which companies are most open to relocating candidates. We are not immigration lawyers; for permit questions we will point you to the right ones.

Q — Are you a recruitment agency?

No. We are an independent CV review service. We are not paid by employers and we do not place candidates on commission. You are our client, not the hiring company.

Q — Do you guarantee interviews or a job?

No, and you should be careful with any service that does. We guarantee careful, senior review of your CV and honest feedback. The rest depends on the market, the role, and you.

Q — What if I'm not satisfied?

Tell us. For the Rewrite package, revisions are included. For the Review, if the feedback genuinely does not apply to the situation, we will refund you.
